THE CHALLENGE

Providing traceability.

The circular economy sounds simple: make, use, return, remake. The reality is far more complex. A single festival cup passes through dozens of hands—collected, sorted, cleaned, shredded, then transformed into new materials. Each step involves different partners with different capabilities. Before Revivack, companies relied on fragmented solutions: spreadsheets, email chains, manual tracking. There was no way to prove circularity actually happened, and information about a product's sustainability was scattered and sometimes impossible to share because of privacy concerns.

OUR SOLUTION

Orchestrating the entire circular lifecycle.

We designed and developed Revivack as a comprehensive platform capable of managing, coordinating and verifying the entire circular life cycle of a product, from its initial use to its recovery and transformation.

  • Products, chains, routes, events, and marketplace: Core modules managing product registration, multi-step workflows, reverse logistics, event coordination, and material discovery.
  • Blockchain-verified movements: Each transaction generates an immutable record that details which partner is involved, what material is processed, and in what quantity. Partners receive unique evidence that allows for independent verification, without relying on prior trust.
  • Privacy-first architecture: Companies control what information is made public. Locations can be shown approximately and identities kept private, while always maintaining the ability to verify them.

  • Ecosystem orchestration: The platform coordinates five types of actors—manufacturers, organizers, recovery agents, brands, and consumers—each with their own vision and responsibilities.
  • Branching and dynamic processes: Multi-stage flows with different outputs, variable partners, and real-time decisions, designed to be visual and intuitive without sacrificing operational capacity.
  • Verifiable, yet private: Tamper-proof blockchain records that allow for independent auditing, maintaining business control over what data is exposed.
